I am a New Hampshire based advanced energy healing practitioner and certified holistic life coach with over a decade of experience. I am a certified master level healer of traditional Usui Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy and hold a Masters degree in Counseling.

Offerings include Reiki & energy healing, intuitive guidance, coaching and counseling for the mind, body and spirit.

I believe an integrative holistic approach is integral to the healing process and it is in the practicing of new behaviors and beliefs that creates lasting personal transformation.
