Appointments: If you cancel, or reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation service fee.
Cancellations by Ahana Healing, LLC: Sessions, classes, workshops, or events could occasionally be canceled due to inclement weather or illness. If your session or event is canceled, you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your account.
Services offered by Ahana Healing, LLC are complementary wellness services. Marianne does not diagnose conditions nor does she prescribe substances nor perform medical treatments nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Services offered by Ahana Healing,LLC do not take the place of medical care. Ahana Healing LLC, and its practitioners will not be liable for a client’s medical, mental or emotional conditions before, during or after services provided by Ahana Healing,LLC. Please read and e-sign the Ahana Healing Informed Consent & Liability Waiver before your first session.
A mask is not required for clients who are fully vaccinated. If you have come into contact with anyone who has shown COVID symptoms, or you have experienced symptoms yourself within the last 14 days, do not schedule an in-person session until 14 days after exposure, and/or after the last day of experiencing symptoms yourself. If you have an existing appointment and become ill, please do not arrive for your in person appointment and reschedule as soon as you are well enough to do so.
