Reiki
Energy healing can be used alone or in combination with other holistic or traditional approaches to accelerate your self-healing journey. It catalyzes the body’s natural ability to heal, fully supports a holistic view of health and is an effective complement to physical and psychological healing.

The benefits of Reiki are many. Reiki means spiritually guided life-force energy and is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It reduces pain and tension, restores balance in the energy field, stimulates the immune system and supports individuals receiving chemotherapy, radiation or surgery.

The energy relaxes the nervous system into “rest and nourish” mode of the parasympathetic nervous system and allows your body to release energy blocks and balance the flow of energy. Reiki treats the whole person including the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body as they all connect and affect your overall wellness. The life force energy guides itself with its own wisdom and flows only towards your highest good. This session may include intuitive or spiritual messaging, chakra balancing, meditation and use of crystals.

What to Expect
We start the session by discussing which areas you wish to focus on. During the session you lie fully clothed and relaxed on an energy table while soft soothing music is played in the background.

During the session, you may experience peacefulness, physical sensations, lightness, tingling, heat or coolness as the energy flows through the body and releases what no longer serves you.
​
Gentle therapeutic hand touch techniques are used on specific points of the body. Energy is channeled through the energy field restoring balance and releasing limitations from the physical, emotional and spiritual body.
